Navigate to Start Menu > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.
Click on Set up a new connection or network.
Click on Connect to Workplace.
Choose Use my Internet connection (VPN).
Enter a Perfect Privacy server of your choice. You can see which servers are available on the IPsec page in the download section. Make sure to use the general hostname of a location like amsterdam.perfect-privacy.com for the server group in Amsterdam, since the certificates will only match these hostnames. You can choose any destination name. Select Don't connect now, just set it up so I can connect later. Then click Next.
Enter your Perfect Privacy login credentials, optionally check Remember this password and click on Create.
Click on Connect now.
Click on Change adapter settings.
Right click on the newly created connection and choose Properties.
Under the security tab, make sure the type of VPN is set to IKEv2 and check that the settings correspondent with the screenshot.
Double click on the connection or right click and choose Connect.
If you checked remember this password above, your Perfect Privacy login credentials should already be entered. Otherwise type them in again and click Connect.
The IPsec connection should now be working. You can verify that by using our Check IP website.
